Arunima heritage home is a beautiful palatial house constructed in kerala architectural style with tiled roof wooden ceiling teak wood doors and windows with spacious rooms and toilets, is situated in a calm and quiet residential area near to the canal and the beach. This ancient mansion was built by the famous kutch architect who was among the kutchi memon group that came in early nineteenth century to Kerala and settled in Kochi and Alappuzha, during the time of Raja Kesavadass, the Dewan of Travancore. Standing away from the busy streets but still inside the city with almost one kilometer to the railway station and at walkable distance to the beach, this homestay stay high in its category.

One can find all the modern amenities inside both the buildings. The spacious and fresh air naturally circulating rooms are clean and simple. The rooms have the options to be air conditioned or non air-conditioned according to the requirements of the guests. The ancient furniture that we have in our home is really worth seeing. The well furnished rooms with modern amenities compete with the ancient look of the rooms maintain their uniqueness without contradicting each other.

Our primary concern amidst this COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic is nothing other than the health and safety of our guests. We strictly follow all safety protocols ordained by the Local and State government authorities and the Health Department.
